The fabric is made of lined fabric knitted by a rare suspension knitting machine that exists only in Wakayama Prefecture.

Details from football
Ribbed milling fabric placed from neck to shoulders to prevent pain from stitching caused by the protector. Underarm gussets are placed to increase the range of motion of the arms. This detail also prevents shrinkage of the fabric and is a reproduction of a detail made for football at that time.



The hem and cuffs are made of seamless tubular ribbing. The sides of the body have a round body specification with no seams at either end, so the seams do not prickle and are gentle against the skin. The seam allowance does not touch the skin for a stress-free fit.
